2014 – Founded Just-Tech
Three-Person Startup
Just-Tech began with just three team members, driven by the mission to support nonprofit legal organizations with cutting-edge technology solutions.
2016 – Expanding Services
Case Management Expertise
Donny joining the team marked a major expansion of services for legal aid partners. Donny’s additional expertise in case management systems meant that he and John could start to build out a broader array of consulting services.
2017 – Large-Scale Reporting and Management
Simplifying California’s Healthcare Reporting
Just Tech signs on to help California’s Health Consumer Alliance design, consolidate, and compile quarterly reports assembled from multiple Legal Service providers across the state.
2018 – Building Tech Support Capacity
Tech Support Scales
The expansion of technical support offerings allowed Just-Tech to deliver more reliable, day-to-day IT help for nonprofit law firms and strengthen client trust.
2020 – Navigating the Pandemic
COVID-19 Transformation
When the pandemic hit, Just-Tech stepped up by guiding clients through urgent technology challenges and worked overtime to provide the extra support legal aid providers need. From remote work setups to constant client support, the company became a critical partner in helping nonprofits adapt.

Launch of JTSync and AI Initiatives
In 2024, Just-Tech began rolling out new products — including JTSync, an innovative LegalServer and Sharepoint metadata sync tool.
